RUFF RYDERS LOS ANGELES MISSION STATEMENT
Joaquin, Darrin, and Chivon Dean, established Ruff Ryders records in 1988. These three siblings decided to launch their own record label after managing several artist careers for a number of years. The success of their business is created around the family environment they provide for their stable of artist. Ruff Ryders commitment to its family value has created a breed of hip hop artist who work, corporately to promote their music. This posture has made them an innovator in the growing trend of family based businesses in the music industry. Their philosophy of business is centered on the cross marketing their artist and growth to a national lifestyle. Ruff Ryders is the now the largest organized club in the nation. With several different branches under the Ruff Ryder umbrella, the Ruff Ryder organization has added the Car Club, Dog Club, Clothing line, Motorcycle Club, and Street Team to the Ruff Ryder Lifestyle.
Ruff Ryders Los Angeles was founded by several of the most respected members of Los Angeles riding community in 1998. A host of well respected presidents have lead the way. Magnum, Adam, V-Lo, Game, Rock and the Current President in office War. With a strong Board Committee backing the President the Los Angeles Ruff Ryders have asserted themselves in the community by participating in a host of charitable event, such as the Autism walk and ride, feeding the homeless and several annual toy drives. Steadily, this core group selectively added members whose positivity embodied the Ruff Ryder lifestyle. Cookie now the West Coast Regional Representative helped to bridge the gap between California and New York.
Our members are professionals who choose to adopt riding as a way of life. As individuals we display aspects of family, community, charity and passion for motorcycles. Collectively, we are unique group of men and women who will redefine your view of the urban rider. As a organization, we raised the bar by promoting diversity, respect for individuality, and positively influencing the image of sports bike riders. We wear the “R” With Pride.
As clubs come and go, we still remain the most recognized public name associated with the motorcycling community. We have watched the face of Los Angeles change and with that change came the growth of 2 new southern California chapters within the past year. The Oxnard chapter lead by KC and the Inland Empire chapter lead by Ironman. We will continually strive for the betterment of our larger community. And as the 13 chapters in the California steadily grow so will our ambition to use our power for the greater good in the community.
